1. Safety and Efficiency

Low water-content, it is not possible to have a steam explosion and low energy consumption. Only 26 litres can generate industrial-quality steam in industry.

2. Rapid-Startup and Load Response

Steam generator provide very rapid startup – five (5) seconds (for the first time it’s about 20 seconds) from ignition to generate steam, while conventional boilers need at least more than a minute.

3. Fully Automatic Operation

Using Siemens PLC and Touch Screen Panel interface control system, with six (6) ways safety protection device, automatic water injection, automatic control water level and automatic ignition, if any of the part is fault, the screen  will automatically retrieve and display the fault location and alarm signal will on.
